Kansas Strategic Plan 2008-2010

To Support the Competitive Employment of Kansans with Disabilities

 

The Kansas Strategic Plan 2008-2010 was submitted by Kansas Health Policy Authority (KHPA) to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on February 15, 2008. Approved on March 5th, KHPA and partners will continue implementation to meet the six goals laid forth in the plan. All Kansans with disabilities who want to be competitively employed will be able to acheive this with access to needed health care and supports, result in equal health, well being, integration and economic opportunity.

 

MISSION

Promote employment among youth and adults with disabilities in order to allow them to become a valued human resource capable of meeting the needs of the Kansas labor market.
